Generate, deliver, verify, resend and invalidate one-time passwords over SMS, voice call or WhatsApp with one REST API from Briq.
The Karibu OTP API generates a numeric code (6 digits by default), delivers it to a phone number by SMS, voice call or WhatsApp, and verifies the code the user submits. Codes are stored hashed, so the plaintext is never returned by the API. Each active OTP allows 3 verification attempts. It is built for backend engineers adding phone verification to signup, login and transaction confirmation. This marketplace lists the API and links out; it does not execute requests on your behalf.
https://karibu.briq.tzEvery request carries your API key in the X-API-Key header. The key must be bound to a developer app created in the Briq dashboard.
